We do our best to match you with the right candidate. However, if you're not happy with your candidate, you can always request a rematch. Keep in mind that once you request a new candidate, your conversation with the previous match will end.
You can request a new candidate by following these steps:
Requesting a rematch before you've started the apprenticeship
Sign into to your account.
From your Home or Apprentices page, navigate to the apprenticeship you'd like to request a rematch for.
On desktop, click the Request Rematch button. On mobile, open the More Menu and click the Request Rematch button in the side menu.
Follow the prompts to request a rematch.
Requesting a rematch after you've started the apprenticeship
If you are in an active apprenticeship, and you feel that the apprentice is not a great fit, please reach out to our Support team at email@example.com to cancel the apprenticeship.
After it has been canceled, your apprentice request will be recycled and our team will search for a new candidate for you. The timeline for matching is within 1-5 business days from the reactivation of your request.
If you have any changes to your apprentice request since you were last matched, please edit it first as once you are matched, it will no longer be available for editing. To edit it, please refer to the article How to edit/delete or pause an apprentice request.
