We understand that your priorities may change and you are no longer interested in doing an apprenticeship on our platform. To delete your profile, you will need to log in and go to your Account Settings>Login & Security.
Scroll down and click on "Delete Account" and follow the prompts to complete the request.
Deleted accounts are removed from our database immediately. It will also remove any completed apprenticeships and apprenticeship certificates.
If you change your mind and you want to restore it, please contact our Support team at hello@acadium.com. Be advised that any apprenticeship certificate/s may no longer be available for restoration.
