If your account manager has forgotten the system-generated password you gave them when you first added them to your account, only the account owner will be able to reset it.
Log in as the account owner and do the steps below:
Go to your account settings>Account Managers, then click on ‘Reset password’.
2. Click on the ‘Reset Manager Password’ button.
3. Copy the system-generated password and tick the box before finalizing the request by clicking on ‘Continue.’
4. Provide the password to your Account Manager. They will need to keep it as it will be required whenever they access your account.
