We understand there are times when things don’t work out between you and your apprentice. Regardless of the reason, we suggest doing everything you can to fix the relationship, if possible, before canceling the contract. Apprenticeships can end for a variety of reasons, including:
Having different goals
Apprentice is interested in other tasks or marketing types
Unexpected changes in schedule
Personal emergency
Cancelling an apprenticeship early means your apprentice will not get a certification or a reference letter. If you're really decided on ending the apprenticeship, here are a few steps to get it done:
From the Home or Apprentices page, navigate to the apprenticeship you'd like to cancel.
Click on your apprentice's profile photo at the top of the messenger.
Select Cancel Apprenticeship.
Follow the prompts to cancel your apprenticeship.
