Our mentors love to guide you, but if you think you can do more, you can always send your mentor a message.

When you do reach out, outline the reasons why you feel you need more guidance. Do you want to learn more marketing concepts? Increase or decrease the pace? Do you want to learn something else?

Tell your mentor about your findings in a constructive manner. Say the specific topics you want to learn more about, and ask for tasks in that field. Communication is key in every apprenticeship, so make sure you talk to your mentor before deciding that it's not working out.

If, after a few days, things still haven't changed, then talk to our Membership Success Team about your experience by emailing us at support@acadium.com or messaging us directly through our on-site chat support. We'll talk to both sides to try and save the situation if possible.
