Every week, you will be asked to complete the performance rating for your apprentice/mentor.
You can access the ratings dashboard and complete those through the following steps:
1. Click on your apprentice/mentor.
2. This will open your conversation. You can see the ratings on the 'Your Performance' section on the bottom right of the page. Click on 'View Details.'
3. Any pending ratings for you to complete will show up like this. If there are none, this section will not be visible.
Weekly ratings you submitted and those of your apprentice/mentor are visible on the reviews tab. If you want to make changes to it, please reach out to Support at hello@acadium.com within 48 hours of its submission.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
The final rating is not included here. The final rating is what you and your mentor/apprentice submit a few days before your apprenticeship contract ends and will be visible on your Acadium profile. Once this is submitted, it cannot be edited.
